Job Title Accounts Administrator Temporary
Description

Accounts Administrator - Temporary - Part-time - North Cork - Immediate Start.

We currently recruiting for temporary experienced Accounts Administrator to assist with the accounts department based in a well known company in North Cork.We want to hear from anyone who has relevant experience and thrives ina fast paced environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist payroll department with all payroll related administration
  • Process all incoming and outgoing post and correspondence
  • Processing and segregation of all invoices
  • VAT returns
  • Filing and documenting all HR related information
  • Other ad hoc administration duties to support all other departments across the company.
  • Reporting to various departments across the business
Requirements

  • Experience in a similar role is essential
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work as part of a team and to use own initiative.
  • Excellent I.T. skills especially with Microsoft Excel, Office and PowerPoint.
Hourly rate of pay is €11.90 per hour
